It's not done yet but I see light at the end of the tunnel. Can't decide what to do about the roll bar. I am not happy with the looks of the original with no top. I am however happy with the flairs and chrome.;D

I've been running my Baja with no roll bar and no doors because I was diggin the clean u13ish look. On the freeway however I feel a bit exposed. I threw the roll bar in and a soft door on to get some opinions on the look. So what do you all think, roll bar, soft doors, or nothin?

I think not!

I think it looks like it sits up too high. Especially along the bed rails. I think I am going to cut it down and MAYBE see if I can make an angle brace look good.

I took another look at your pics & yeah it's sitting too high. Is this a replacement rollbar? Mine is out of the Baja right now but if you need measurements I could do that for you. I guess I just like any roll bar as opposed to none. I included some pics for refrence.

It looks to me like the padding and the soft top frame makes the gap between the bed rail and roll bar look better on yours. Also that soft top mount along the top of your windshied helps even out the height difference. I think the roll bar looks perfect with the top on. It's just visible in the side windows and fits nice and tight along the top. I am going to cut mine down 2 inches and reassess.

Thanks for the compliments everybody I really appreciate it. I am actually going to sell this Bronco however as I finish up the details I realize it may be tough to let it go. I was rolling through town a couple days ago and a 20 something blond in honda car cranked her head to look at my Bronco. I thought holy crap there is no way I can sell this thing. Then again maybe she was lookin at me.%)%)
