FL 75' Bronco Sport (Not mine, need opinions)

I looked at it the day after it was listed. The body is in really bad shape. The engine seemed strong enough, but the right front fender was about the only thing on the body that would not require replacement or significant work. Rhino Lining was the only thing holding the front floor pans in place. Lights, wipers, and turn signals worked. Fluid of some sort was leaking from rear wheel cylinders (did not get much pass initial walk around). My search continues.
