I am thinking of buying this 77 Bronco for the front disc brakes and master cylender. It has some unusual mods.

Notice the freewheeling hubs on the rear wheels

The engine is a 5.7L Oldsmobile Diesel

The winch does not come with the truck, the owner wants about 600 for it, do you guys think that is to much?

Could have the old Warn full-floater rear conversion. Of course from the look of the engine mod it could also just be a front D44 in back.

We need to know more about this thing. What tranny/transfer case does it have. Get a better look at the rear end also. May be some good parts there. What is he asking for it?

I'd snatch it up for $600. The top looks pretty good, and you could probably make your money back parting it out if that's what you wanna do. A new Warn M8000 is about $500 so I'd say he wants too much for that winch. My EB came with a circa 1974 Warn Electric Model 8000 which is supposed to be worth some money but that one looks different than mine.

Looks like something I would buy for $600!! I think the winch maybe a little high unless he can prove it works.
