9" is leaking fluid

At the back of the housing?

If so, have it checked for straightness at the same time. That's not a normal place for them to leak from, and may be indicative of abuse at some point (like being jumped, for example)

I don't have a source for out there, but would hate to hear you be surprised by something.

Hopefully one of the SoCal guys will chime in here with a good welder for ya.

Yes on the back of the housing. Have taken it off road a couple times. Just some easy stuff. But you never know about the previous owner.
