Accelerator assembly bushings

So the bushings on the rod which create the fulcrum in the actual assembly were shot, so I took it apart and sent it out to be powder coated. Now I need to replace the bushings on the fulcrum and put it back together.
All of the suppliers seem to only sell the bushings for the pedal itself. Anyone have any ideas?

Got pics?
Are they plastic, or some other material?

You talking these on the accelerator bell crank? I'm not even sure how you would install them unless they somehow pressed in from the outsides but that inside looks pretty big. Like they were installed first then the metal was pinched and bent into shape after. Or are you talking about the pedal assembly itself (last pix)

I've been getting a boatload of stuff from McMaster Carr lately and so happy with the service I've gotten from them as well.

Ordering something small hurts for paying delivery fees but after you realize that it's pretty much the same delivery fee if you order more and I often get it the very next day, I think they are the best thing ever. I love that they have data sheets with detailed specs on the stuff they sell and if something happens to be not exactly to those specs when you receive it they make it right.

Can we see a picture of your fabrication work?
Well I already put it in the vehicle, but I will try to get some pictures under dash.
The pita was that the firewall cover was about 1 inch distance from the firewall and the bolt holes didn't line up with the pre-punch on the plastic side of the firewall cover. I had to gringo engineer something up with a carburetor horn bolt which was all thread and long enough to suck the accelerator assembly down on top of the firewall cover so I could use a soldering iron and burn new holes in the plastic and get the other two bolts in. Took all afternoon to bolt it down.
The good news is this is one of the last steps before firing it up for the first time since 2006.
