ADMIN - Forum Rules now posted

There's now a link up top (to the right of "User CP") to the forum Rules. Please take a minute to look them over.

They're pretty basic. Anyone who's been a member here for a while probably already knows them, but I thought it would be good to get them down in writing for new members.
