Hello! Last year I sent my steering box in to get rebuilt
It started to leak at the input shaft. Contacted AGR Performance. Josh said send it in. I sent it in and crickets. No messages answered by telephone or email. Does anyone know how to get in contact with Josh?

I am sorry but your chance of getting it back are next to nil. This guy is a CROOK and has been for YEARS!

There are FB threads and forum threads on a half dozen sites with multiple complaints, legit complaints, I know 6-8 guys that sent me multiple emails with tons of evidence.

A FB thread was going on a few weeks ago with MULTIPLE LARGE REPUTABLE BRONCO businesses that have not been paid thousands of dollars or received products from him... SAME story about this crook from the last 4 yrs that I know of.

I have heard so many stories from guys screwed by this crook. The Bronco businesses are just dropping it and taking their losses.

Here ya go. This popped up again so thought I'd let ya know I'm not a whiner or pot stirrer. This is serious stuff and people every year are screwed by this guy!

Did you not see that he doesn't answer the phone?

He never answers and his emails promise the moon!

I'm only posting this to possibly keep Bronco people from getting screwed over by this guy- which he keeps doing OVER & OVER.

He has been reported to the AG's office many times.

Yes, I'm well aware of how he operates. I've tried to inform people for years of his business practices, but it fell on deaf ears. People have to learn for themselves sometimes. He will lie even when the truth sounds better. So yes, I know the drill.

And it's not just Bronco people. He as done the same thing with the jeep, toyota, scout, camaro, superduty, and now the c10 crowd...he does not discriminate.

From what i remember the original company was good. then he sold it to a bigger fish. That's when the quality and service took a dive.

Not really, Matt Burkette sold it to Josh. He had issues as well, but that's a different story.

Years ago Tom Allen(PSC) and Matt Burkette were partners in AGR. Tom left AGR to start PSC and Burkette stuck with AGR. Burkette sold AGR to Josh, and PSC(Tom Allen) has maintained a pretty stellar reputation within the performance steering sector. Wildhorses and Tom's sell PSC.

Spend 3 min and report the crook to the BBB so the next 10 guys don't get screwed too.

Kinda like "paying it forward" for other off-road enthusiasts!

Guess I should have read reviews. I purchased a steering box from him in May. Just like the others no response from email, phone calls or facebook messenger. I have filed complaints with BBB, Fort Worth Attorney General, FTC and FBI. I know nothing will come of these complaints but got to start a paper trail somewhere.
