I’m an old coot and don’t really adapt to new stuff too quickly. But I gotta tell you, it’s nice to be able to ask your phone things like where is the solenoid location on a 1977 bronco?
It got me thinking, how is it making your build/project easier?
Thoughts?

I used it to diagnosis a SxS at work, checked to confirm my own diagnosis. I also use it to talk through paint/body work, what steps to take, how to refine my processes. It prepared an excel file for me to input raptor liner weights to calculate color tint by weight as well.

I use it too much... I plan to use it for future diagnosis/trouble shooting.

I've tried to use it for simple things like asking what size drill for a #10 screw or what size drill for a ¼NPT tap. Wrong, way wrong more often than not. 23/64s (nearly 3/8") for a #10 screw, 9/16" for the pipe tap. There are a few other things I have seen it try and fail at as well. Success rate is remarkably low.

The most useful thing I have seen it used for is to bulk up a presentation, add a lot of material that isn't useful. I finished this in 2 pages, but I need it to be 5 pages. AI to add filler.

AI will give an answer, but you better check that it is right. Because it is often wrong and it doesn't care if it got it wrong.

I used it to solve all the parts needed to change to the 4R70W transmission. Worked great.

I use it every single day. It's scary and amazing at the same time. It will take a lot of jobs, and very soon.

Sometimes its wrong, just fyi

1/2 way to everywhere
I'm almost an old coot also @SeaVee and grew up on a farm in Nebraska. We raised registered Angus cattle. We were trying to breed better more desirable cattle with better traits. We had AI out on the farm in the 70's!
But it was a different type of AI.
A guy would show up in a 4 door Dart when it was time. He had the back seat removed from the car so that he could haul his AI supplies and necessary equipment. But there were not computers in the back seat. He was carrying liquid nitrogen as this AI was Artificial Insemination.
So every time I hear AI, my mind goes back to the 70's and that Dodge Dart.

I have more questions than answers.
Bruners4@. Other than having a bull for a short time I used AI. The gal who's family own a meat packing plant would be who I delt with. Honda Civic. She always appreciated that I had a palpitation chute.

Always liked being able to pick the genetics I was looking for at a fraction of the cost.

It's what I think of when hearing AI as well.

I use it to get torque specs for various bolts. I've used it in the past to get Oil/Fluid quantity and rating.
