Alpine Head Unit Touchscreen Went Out

Got the trans fixed and my tunes went out. Dealer is warranting even though it is out of date, he has followed my build. Going with a different unit and moving it out of the dash for various reasons. Going with their new UTV unit in the center console. I will lose phone capability but not a big deal. I am going to have a radio delete plate printed for now. This is a minor setback, but I need my tunes.

did it get fried? it's not the fuse internal to the unit?

Touchscreen quit working, so you could not navigate the screens.

for the sake of time , going to just replace unit in the dash as it was with new unit.
