The dealership next to my office does $16.95 oil changes. It's easy and convenient and, let's face it, I can't change oil and dispose of it for that. So they have done my oil changes on my drivers for years.

This morning, I took the Bronco. I'm going to Utah next weekend, and wanna get the oil change off the 'to-do' list. I go over at lunch to see if it's ready yet, and the service advisor tells me - at a FORD dealership - "You're jeep's not ready yet."

Stab me in the head...

Thats horrible!!!! When i drove mine to high school people would call it a jeep all the time. I would get so mad. So i got stickers that say, It's a Bronco, say it (and then it has the dictionary pronounciation on it). I love them!! People dont call it a jeep anymore!

Did they call it a "jeep", or a "Jeep"? Big difference. ;D

I sell a decal on Ebay sometimes that has "jeep" with a slash across it and says "It's a Bronco". I made that when I got tired of people calling it a jeep. I decided to sell them on Ebay... I have sold quite a few.

The only person I let get away with calling it a jeep, was my 90 year old
grandma.;)

In a joking way , I'd ask for the manager , walk him out to the Bronco and say "You see that ? It is a FORD Bronco , now, why did your guy just call it a Jeep ? Does he want me to take my business there instead ?" :)

I don't trust anyone I don't know to turn a single wrench on my vehicles let alone one of my Bronco's. Even if it's "just" an oil change.

You should have asked him how long he's been working at the Toyota dealership. ;D
