I would like to publicly thank James & Johnny from Wild Horses.
The coupling for my TrailBanger shifter failed while I was out mudding on New Years. I was not the original purchaser of the shifter which was only 2 years old, however I had the receipt from the PO for the Trailbanger kit.
I was a little concerned to get this part quickly since I am getting ready for Winter Fun Fest on Jan 23-25.
Two concise conversations with Johnny & James, and me e-mailing pics of the destruction and they fabbed up the replacement and had it in the mail.
WH stood by their product with Top Notch customer Service as always.
