Another C Bushing Bronco Lean Question

So I have installed/reisnstalled the c bushings to the point where I have lost patience and the radius arms are within 1/4” of touching the floor at the same point and prayed it would not cause a problem.... Once I got the front axle into place and all bushings installed, I dropped the axle down on a pair of jack stands and one side remained about 1” off the jack stand. Is this the amount that my Bronco will lean?? Once I install the new coil springs will this variance be reduced..... I even added downward weight to the knuckle and loosened the c bushing bolts and re-tightened with the axle still pulling upward off the initial jack stand.. In a perfect world, would the axle sit completely level on jack stands which would equate to no lean?? Any help advice much appreciated.

The Trac bar being extended all the way down like that will cause it to stretch out unevenly. The Trac bar travels in an arc.

When you've got it down to 1/4" variation between the two, it should not be causing a lean.
As Bronconut said, you can't equate that to a lean just from dropping the axle down. Too may variables, including no vehicle weight on the springs, and mainly the trackbar as mentioned.

Unfortunately there are other inconsistencies that can be present with the frame and the mounting points for everything as well. But it's hard to say just exactly why yours is doing what it's doing without being there.

You may end up being the one to experiment though! Since you're taking the time to get careful measurements, you may be the one that determines if 1/4" really means anything at ride height, or if the axle not dropping down equally means anything either.

Good luck.

Have you driven it around the block a few times? Hit a few bumps? Doesn't sound like it. Why do I ask? Until you drive it what you see could all just be an illusion. The whole suspension needs to break into it's natural position and the only way that happens is by driving the Bronco. That's not to say you should not be doing what you are doing but a lot of times if you are not driving it can all change in an instant after a few spins around the block.
