Another earlyy 1966 oddity.

I am restoring a 1966 roadster, early production with metal drivers side vent, forward angled shocks, etc. Another oddity is that the passenges side vent does not have the metal plate under it, but bolts directly to the cowl. That explains the unused holes I have seen in other vents, as they are used for slip nuts, and the screws come up and through the underside of the cowl.
