Another "tag" found in the roadster

I have been slowly working on the 66 U13 I got a few months back, labeling everything as I tear it down. As I was cleaning it out today, I found this under the drivers seat on the floor.....its made out of cardboard.

I need to get some cash in the Paypal so I can get my status up to date, and will post pictures tomorrow, but wanted to see if anyone had any insight on these.
