I had questions, which is why I called. Never easy to get questions answered online when they are not simple yes or no answers.
I still say it is a poor way do do business, when you have a phone # for orders and don't answer it for over a half an hour, after I have gotten through and put on hold.
I prefer to do stuff by phone (with a person) verses online. Example: today I ordered a laser printer - took almost a half an hour on the phone, but I know exactly what I am getting and it will work the way I want it to. Also, got a $50 price reduction by explaining that I saw the same one elsewhere for $50 less. Even though it was from a 'non-authorized' seller, Xerox matched the price. I had spent several hours yesterday and earlier today on their website (and others) trying to answer all my questions before ordering, and I couldn't. So, dealing with a real person is well worth it to me instead of dealing with a computer. Oh, the lady gave me free shipping, too!
