I have a piece of that cutting board material across the frame rails under the Atlas, but it's not really picture worthy!

I'm installing one but it is behind an NV4500. It is no lower than my radius arm brackets. How low is yours sitting behind the C4?

Hey MP, where do you get that stuff. My Atlas 4 is eventually going to get something.

Came with the truck. But I know a guy that got a bunch from a high school bathroom demo--used it as stall walls to prevent graffiti!

Mine is a poor mans Atlas, Klune-v with a 205.
1" body lift and a little floor trimming.

I had a skid plate on mine for one even and it hung up on everything - but that was with 5.5" of lift and on 37's. It got a scrape or two but no damage from trail obstacles, but I sh away from the rocks myself... With the 43's there is nearly no chance of hitting it now - it doesn't hang any lower than my radius arm brackets.

I'm running 37's w/3.5" lift. I'm afraid I may be hanging up w/skidplate. I've got plenty of rock rash on the bottom of duff arms. Trying to keep skidplate design above the arms

mmmm if you search my screen name under my 4L60e/Atlas 4sp I think there is a picture there of mine. It would be similar. Looks similar to INPHOBIC's.

This is an Atlas 2, but behind a C4 with Cage arms.

A lot of cutting board material is HDPE (high density polyethylene). FDA approved in different colors for food handling. Another option is UHMW (ultra high molecular weight poly), even tougher material.

The inlaws have a plastic business (machining and custom fab) here in Pa, but shipping cross country for just sheet would be cost prohibitive I bet. Another option would be the multiple websites that sell cut sheets that may be closer to you with cheaper shipping. Or check your local butcher, maybe they replace large cutting boards now and again.

We use UHMW on all the racers. I get it from a local plastics shop that builds plastic displays and sells to the aircraft industry. It makes the belly so slippery when you do hit it, it just slides.
