Anyone ever use an Ethanol neutralizer?

Starbrite supposedly breaks the tension of the water that is attracted by the ethanol. Once it breaks it's tension the water/ethanol mixture is broken up into tiny particles that your engine can burn as opposed to a blob of water/ethanol which would be much tougher for your engine to burn....
Atleast that's how Scott Martin explained it on his fishing show.
Prolly bullshit but it has worked well for me and even rejuvenated old fuel. I like it...Even if it is snake oil...And I hate snakes, lol ....
