In my recent travels I was in Pittsburgh and saw a EB in a low rent section of town. It was a place of buisness that said it sold used cars.. Didn't get the chance for a proper inspection but it was uncut and needed work. I could tell it was a plow truck by the way the large plow was still attached to it (ha ha). If anyone is interested in checking it out I could give directions.
