Anyone knows what needs to import a car to the states???

Start by calling Customs and Border Patrol. You will likely also need a broker experienced in vehicle importation. The EPA may or may not get involved depending on the age of the vehicle. They will want a declaration form at a minimum. There can be a lot of requirements depending on what the purpose of the import is. If you plan to use it on the road as a driver it will have to meet Federal standards and be inspected. Whatever state it ends up in will likely have similar inspection requirements for titling.
