Anyone recognize what vehicle this coolant overflow jug is from

This overflow jug is on a bronco I'm working on. I like it as it's small and kinda out of the way. Anyone recognize what vehicle's it might be from

Redoing my bay and need a small one too. Mine doesn't even have a cap, clips to the grill apron and is held in place by one screw. Once white plastic is now almost brown. One referenced on EBay is much wider and needs three screws. Anyone else have a suggested replacements?

I have had one of these on my RV for the last 30years. Same one the Bronco for at least the last 15years. https://www.amazon.com/Dorman-54002-Engine-Coolant-Recovery/dp/ I bought mine at Pep Boys. I have it mounted on the passenger side on the Bronco. Ran a steel line between the radiator and radiator support with a short hose at each end. Bottle is close to radiator mounted on the radiator support.
