Purchased new from Advance Adapters. Never installed. Thought I was going to go automatic but I’ve changed my mind. I miss stick shift. Figuring $500 for the adapter and $300 for the trans.
Transmission came out of a running/driving ‘93 Ford F150 4wd, so I’m under the impression it is a 4R70W, but AODE is very similar. If there’s something I can check on the transmission to clarify that before purchasing, just let me know. The trans has not been touched other than cleaned up on the outside. Dipstick not pictured, but is included. Flexplate will be removed and available too. I have the wiring harness so I can cut a length from the plug so you have something to wire to.
No shipping on the trans for sure. I’d like them to go together but I’d consider shipping the adapter.
I’m all for trading too! Partial or full. Things I need:
-Floor shifter for a stock 3 speed. Does not need the trans tunnel sheetmetal. I’ll make my own.
-Family roll bar
-All four shocks for a 3.5” lift, prefer in really good shape
-Power steering box
-clutch/brake pedal assembly
