Have you had any problems with condensation on the front or falling between the fans?
Mine was dripping steadily yesterday and needed a frisbee to catch it all.

I’m assuming it was because it was running for a half hour or more and the windows were open and it was raining (100% humidity) and won’t be a problem going forwards. Just wondering if you’ve encountered this since you live in the same weather.

Yes, I checked and both condensate lines were clog free and draining properly.

I had not experienced that before, but you are right, we have some super humidity going on right now.

Possibly a final update:

Used some rubber mat I had around for firewall insulation.
Took the bronco to return the rental tools and had the ac on max there and back (15 minutes each way).

No condensation issues.
Just cool air.

So it was an issue due to the open windows, not the unit itself.

Just realized I forgot the pictures!

Also, I cleaned and watched and cleaned and watched and it takes about 24-36 hours and I see some oil in the threads of lower condenser connection.
No bubbles. I kept the manifold on for 6 hours after and never lost pressure. No drops. No formation or build up. Just a faint line in the pitch of the first thread.

How bad is that? Cause right now I aim messing with it.

Yup.
Although I purchased the ‘kit’ from the same seller that had the condenser, a few fittings, and a drier.

Note that the fittings did NOT come with orings.

Showed up sealed with twist caps and pressurized (both the condenser and drier). A few bent fins, but nothing that I didn’t match getting it in and out a few times; so I can’t complain.

Working well so far and, again, no complaints.
