I was hoping a few of you experienced gurus could give me some advice on pricing and selling my 72 wagon.
I was always planing on doing a restore when I retire but life plans are changing and I’m considering letting it go.
I believe the market has fallen off some in the past couple of years and I’m not sure on a reasonable price today. It seems that BaT is what many folks are using these days to sell these. It’s the winter green wagon in my CB garage. There are some pics and descriptions there. Thanks for any assistance you can offer as I consider this!

I was also wondering if it would be advised to obtain a Marti report on it for sale purposes?

I agree always nice to have a Marti Report. From the one picture in your garage it looks like a pretty solid truck and if you listed it for sale in a place like this that appreciates original trucks it would sell fast. Prices are all over the place, high quality builds are still bringing stupid money. Rough trucks have fallen off a little. Rust is still the biggest driver of value. BAT is kind of the upper level of pricing, and not sure how well one that not been built with a Coyote motor would do. We would need more pics and at least a description of what you have to give a fair number. I personally love the color and the look of it just as it is!

Thank you both for the advice on the Marti. I have several photos and as lengthy description in the garage section for the vehicle. Maybe other Classic Broncos members cannot see those. I’ll try to post those here in this thread in the next day or so. Thank you!

Go to one of the EB vendors and pay for an appraisal if you are worried about insurance. If you are selling, it sells what it sells for current market value.

Remember this about auction sites. There was no one willing to pay a dime more than it sold for at auction.

I found the pictures and description now. Some reason I couldn't find it yesterday. The bronco looks like it is really nice and a great survivor.
Value would be best to a person that wants a survivor bronco, not one to do a full out custom on. As others have said its only original once.
I would guess between 30-40K if it is as solid as it looks and is mechanically sound too.

Where is it located? If you are serious about selling I may be interested.

Members here are cheaper than non enthusiasts, so our values will probably be lower than you could get from some of the auction type places.

I hate dealing with places like ebay and stuff and would rather sell a little low on here. It's what I did on my previous Broncos.

I consider it a $20,000 Bronco, but hell it may bring $40,000 on ebay.
