I am almost ready to splurge for gauges, and I'm most likely going to buy Autometer Ultralite. They have a pro pack with Speedo, Tach, Volts, Oil Pressure, Water Temp, and Fuel Gauge. I plan to add Transmission Oil Temp and Power Steering Fluid Temperature.

Anyone know how to get these gauges at a better price than say Summit Racing? Ideas?

Thanks,

Forrest

That's where I bought mine, Summit will be in line with pricing and likely give you free shipping.

I’ve sourced some of my autometers from eBay, but in the long run, stay with summit, they ship really fast. Let me say, I’ve used autometers in everything, never a problem with these gauges.

Skip Autometer. Isspro. American made. Full sweep electric. Programable warning light. Can add a relay module as well (I have one on my manual transmission that runs a transmission cooler. They are an OEM gauge supplier as well. You can even get them with programable lighting. Way better for about the same price.

I bought mine through Summitracing.com. If you are not in a hurry they have specials once in a while where they give summit bucks back on each gauge. I was able to get $70 in summit bucks to spend towards other items so that helped.

Bought mine at Summit too.
Speedo,
Tach,
Water,
Oil,
Fuel,
Volts,

Old school Sport Comp.

But I did not buy them all at once like you.
All at once is smart, but quite an investment.
Make sure you like what you are getting.

Interested in the power steering fluid temp gauge....

For high end gauges with internal chips to control auxiliary items and warning lights having used Autometer and Speedhut I will tell you that Speedhut excels. These are expensive gauges and the Speedhut ones are very custom and must be bought direct as opposed to somebody on the web. Autometer at the same price point as Speedhut are available on the web and are not custom for color, trim, or labeling.
Speedhut on the EB and Autometer on the '96.
I must say high quality gauges are a pleasure to use. They are not crappy digital gauges.

I just got my custom speedhut gauges in. I have this same setup in my Jeep and really like them way better than the autometer gauges I have in my 89 mustang

I picked up a bunch for a good price at Autoanything.com, but it was a few years ago. Can't say what their prices are now.
