Well I thought I had by passed my AUX tank but when I finally put about 8 gallons in my main tank, my AUX tank that had been dry for years started leaking at the sending unit. I am new to this so go easy...
Thanks!

What year is your Bronco ? Does it still have the vapor/charcoal canisters if so are they still connected to both tanks? Did you disconnect the fuel line from the Aux tank to the selector VALVE ?

Hi Thanks..
It is a 73. I only see one of the charcoal canisters on passenger side. It has been disconnected. The tank switch valve has been removed also. Thanks for the help!

There is a rubber seal at the sending unit, check that and replace and check for cracks in the area.
Hopefully it’s just a seal. Just redid my aux tank. All materials says it holds 8 gallons but think it s more like 7.5

Probably easier to just unbolt and remove aux, never look back. Mine had a 1 foot long crack on the top I never knew existed.
