AX15 Clutch replacement

Can someone help me with what clutch part number I need. As far as I can tell I need a 10 spline 11” But I have read some threads that a Chevy disk was used. I’m not sure which one to order

I found the CenterForce part number on WildHorses The duel friction clutch is DF700000. I ordered it from them

Centerforce and Luck Clutch Disc and Plates.
