AX15 swap question

Hey folks,

Does anyone know where a check list is to get the AX15 swap completed? Like what year of tranny is best , mounts, any other goodies you need before you do the swap. I am wanting get this rolling. I have a automatic and want a 5 speed. I would like to get as much data as possible. I have searched the forums but didn't find a check list.
