Hey fellow Bronco do'ers,
I'm in the process of making my backup lights work and first up is the switch...I don't have one! I've done some searching on the site and found that for the manual 3 spd it should be on the column. Is the the mount for the switch?

I put a new switch in but it isn't close enough to make contact by the reverse lever. Do I need to bend the mount to get the switch close or am I missing a part?

Loosen the hose clamp on the column that holds the mounting bracket on and position the mounting bracket and switch where they need to be to work correctly.
