Whoa! Didn't even meet a reserve? And didnt sell
Saw this... Wish I had won the lottery earlier this week.almost $200k sold today
Did you watch to the driving video? Not a fan of that sound if it is accurate.Whoa! Didn't even meet a reserve?
I would say that 199,500 plus fees counts as high numbers! I thought the same but I think this is the highest price I have seen for one at an auction. I sold a 71 that I had listed here last month. The buyer is probably pretty happy to see this as it would not cost nearly much to restore it to a high quality. Congrats to Tom on this sale, he is a good guy and it was a nice Baja. The sad thing (to me anyway) is even though that Baja is beautiful and rare it will still not fetch the high numbers that the big name resto mod shops are fetching…
Oh yeah! That sounds awful!!!Did you watch to the driving video? Not a fan of that sound if it is accurate.
An EB should never have less that 8 cylinders when doing a restomod.I’m a fan of newer engine swaps, but that bronco 2.3 eco does not sound good at all to me…
Good thing it has a winch and ARB lockers as this is a serious off road machine! This one won’t be cheap
Clearly Dana 30 in the pics, but I've seen built 9" front axles on an early bronco9" front and rear axles.... really? Does BAT just post what you tell them? Whose liable for misadvertisement?

The serious buyers show up late. I would assume this will skyrocket at the end. There are a lot for sale now though. The auctions are full of them and starting to finally see a decline in prices. It is the same in real estate, some people are feeling they are going to miss the window and the inventory is piling up with overpriced homes. This one has not brought the bids i expected. Its a nicely done bronco, sure the tires and wheels aren't my style. Was for sale for 190k+ if I recall correctly on Craigslist. Its got a long ways to go before it hits any sort of reserve! 16 hours left..

They screw up their descriptions all the time. I am constantly tagging them in the comments with corrections. Everyone should volunteer for something, right?9" front and rear axles.... really? Does BAT just post what you tell them? Whose liable for misadvertisement?
