I know they were having some issues earlier this year and then Clint left and Nate took over. I have left Nate messages and texts with no reply. Was really hoping to get some of their radius arms. Anyone know what's going on?

I tried their site last night and it was gone. I hear ya on the radius arms. I'm glad I picked them up but there was a few months there where I wasn't sure if they would ship. He had all the parts laser cut from 1/4" plate tabbed and notched. I wonder if a guy could buy the CNC drawings...? I think he had his own laser table in the shop.

I couldn't get ahold of anyone. Maybe someone here has a set laying around they aren't going to use??? I'd be interested for sure.

Dang, I just did a search wanting to get some of their adjustable coil buckets and found this.... Anybody know where another reputable is that sells the adjustable buckets similar to theirs?

REALLY don't trust ordering some from Ballistic!

I've never had an issue ordering from Ballistic. Battlement was a whole other story.

I think I read on this forum that Clint had started his own thing after leaving (Em)Battlement Fab, so you might do a search. It was in the past couple of months IIRC. That said, I wouldn't deal with any company with their reputation for lack of communication, extended deliveries, etc., but you do whatever you want with your money.

A few people will say they've never had any problems with ordering from Ballistic, but for that one there are 12 who will tell you their horror story. I was on their FB page last night seeing if things had changed and they can't even make a post without someone commenting "When are you going to ship my parts?" or "How bout you guys answer the phone instead of making promo videos because i've called 20 times with no answer to ask where my parts are?" They make a great adjustable bucket and shock tower that would be very useful but that kind of reputation doesn't make me want to give them my money.

Battlement was Clint's to my understanding. I personally got the run around from him trying to get parts from him, and he left town with money from another member here when he high tailed it to Wyoming in the middle of the night. Good riddance.

Huh, interesting. I guess i just got lucky. But, I've never had a problem with JBG either. I guess just ask all the right questions up front.

Wow, didn't know Battlement was shafting people in the end like this.

It seems to me people are handing money hand over fist to these fabrication companies and all they have to do is exactly what they say they are going to do - Provide a quality product in a timely manner with customer support to a buyer. Focus on the customer and the growth will come, the money will come, all the awesome shop tools and equipment will come, but only if you focus on taking care of the customer first and always.

There is a site called diy4x.com. They primarily deal with gm/dodge full size stuff. But i called him because he makes a thing called an "ez inch". This moves a leaf sprung axel 1" or 1.5" in either direction. I asked him about ford 9" application and he hooked me up. Had to move my rear axel back 1.5 in because the po put the flares on too far forward. Any way he was Very helpful and maybe if we asked him he might start some ford/bronco specific stuff such as the adjustable coil buckets. Could be a new source for us from an already producing small company that is not one vehicle specific. More chance of them staying around longer
