I ended up going with Bronco Hut and couldn't be happier! Everything fit like a glove.

Hey Twidgeon, I have the same set up with GT40P heads and headers from Bronco Hut. Do you have any problem as far as dipstick's location?

I used the stock 2001 Explorer setup and everything works well. I did slightly bend the dipstick tube. You can bend the tube a good bit just go slow and be sure not to kink it.
