Went on the BC bronco web page and there are no prices listed for their lift kits. I go to their online store and there isn't even a lift kit section. I would call but im in meetings or at work during their hours during the week. Anyone know what their 3.5" and 4.5" "complete suspension kits" cost?

try checking under the section "Suspension". you need to click the Buy or buy now to see the prices. sometimes i find going in through the "shop online" link yields more results.

They have the absolute worst web site.
I still like their stuff but cannot tolerate their web site for more than a few minutes

I am certain that site has ran off many potential customers.
Like I Said, I still like their stuff....

Your right there is no "kit" listed. I found front coils $160pr and rear leafs for $460. That's $720 just for springs? I guess you need to find all the parts, add them up and make your own total price for a kit?
Maybe someone that has bought one from them can chime in with a kit price??

I've never had issues finding stuff on their site that I needed, but then again, I never looked for a lift kit. I tried, but no pricing. That seems strange....

They are that vendor you want to up their game and do well because they offer a lot of unique products, but they won't... Their customer service on the phone is lacking big time... Like you said though, I really like their stuff and just ordered some linear rate 3.5" coils with winch from them. How much money have they lost because of the small things that really matter to customers?

Agree their web site is hard to navigate, and customer service is not the greats. But they do have nice stuff and I have bought from them, and was very happy with the quality and fit on most of the items.

Haha yeah their website does suck lol. i like their products. I'm running there 3.5" winch coils, I would've gotten their leaf springs but they were out and ended up using duff springs. As far as customer service goes they've both takin good care of me so no complaints there either.

Even Wild Horses has stuff you can't find without doing a Google search from outside of their site.

But BC Broncos site is the worst, and some of it looks like it was written by a near illiterate, which may be okay for a forum post but is unprofessional for a business.

If you don't know the difference between inner fear and interfere are you really smart enough to run a business that I want to do business with?

Yes, I did get "inner fear" from BC Broncos site, where interfere was meant.

If you can't do it yourself, is it that hard to find someone to do it for you?

Yea BC and Duffs are to all over the place. Overall wild horses has the best site so far imo. But I sent BC an email since no one answered when I got some time to call today. Ill post what they respond with.

I think bc spends their time and money on design and engineering where wh is more focused on providing us with relatively inexpensive parts. Not surprising the latter has a better web site.

Bc's website really isn't that bad as small business sites go. In fact I'd call it average. I never have trouble finding what I'm looking for. Sure it might take a little longer than wh but still isn't as hard to find stuff as some people on this thread are representing.

It isn't that hard to find someone that can build a good website.
Or that expensive anymore.

It isn't that hard to find someone to proofread for you.

Leaving your company's website look sloppy reflects on the way you do business.

Everyone is different I guess. For me I get irritated very fast when I cant find something and in this case there isn't even a single lift kit on their online store haha. Stuff like that (items that seem like they should be a hot item to sell) should be easy enough to find, or at least should be on the web store somewhere lol

Here for example, are the three web pages for lift kits.

James Duff, all the info is there but for some reason my brain goes on overload when trying to look through it. Maybe its the font and color or its just to busy.
http://www.jamesduff.com/eb/suspension_systems.html

Wild horses has their page laid out nicely and its easy to navigate to what your looking for and sections everything out so its not as mind boggling
Start with what size lift you want http://www.wildhorses4x4.com/category/Bronco_Suspension_Systems
and then you choose your options for that size lift http://www.wildhorses4x4.com/category/Suspension_System_3in

And then there is BC broncos.... Lets start with the page that lists their lift kits
Simple and clean, nice list with standard and complete kits in order http://www.bcbroncos.com/suspensionkits.html

So now ive chosen my lift kit and want to order it or price it out so I click web store (buy now button) and it takes you to this, with not a single lift kit... http://bcbroncos.com/store/index.php?cPath=75

So for this case with BC bronco someone is just not paying any attention to detail and has head up butt syndrome... And I tried calling 3 times today and got no answer.

I know Dude.....

But I would still buy their kit.
Sounds crazy but be patient,
They really are a very small family owned business.....but still....

Gretchen/Jason/Roxanne are you reading this?
We love your stuff.
Fix your site .....please....

Oh I dont doubt they have a great kit. Im just point out how poorly their web page and I guess phone support (occasionally) is. I sent them an email and still wana see what their kits run and stuff and keep them as a option for when I get this EB and lift it this summer.

I can tell you that WH and BC are pretty expensive when you choose their best kits.....probably a good reason for that....you get what you pay for.....right?

Shipping is a bitch so factor that cost into your decsion as well.

I am running Duff, WH, BC, suspension parts.
If you know what to buy you can piece together an excellent package, as all the vendors have something they are especially good at.
