BC Bronco's rocker guard install help

Morning, I got my BCB 1/8" rocker guards in yesterday. Did some quick test fitting and I'm a little stumped.

I'm putting these on my uncut LUBR. The guards are dead straight, but the bottom front of the rear quarters "flair" out a little towards the wheel opening.

I'm not seeing how this is going to work, without cutting the rockers down to fit directly under the rocker panel, providing no protection for the bottom front of the rear quarters.

Any thoughts?

Thanks.

I run the 1/4" guards on mine but their both cut. Being you have the 1/8" is there any flex tho the outer side. Thinking if you bolt em on from the center out will the rear flex to fit the body?

I figured it out. Once you remove the rear fender support bracket, you can move the bottom fender in w no problem.
