BCB kickdown and Holley TA

I'm not sure how & where the kickdown cable is suppose to attach to the carb linkage. Anyone have a close up pic? Once it's on, what's the proper adjustment?

you need the stock kickdown rod with the holley

I had the BCB kickdown cable, worked great with Edelbrock but not with the Holley 470TA

I have the BCB cable hooked up to my 670TA, maybe I did it wrong or something.

The TA's have a spot for a kick down, but I don't know if it will work, here is a pic of where it at on the carb. Not sure if that helps any.
