looking for a pic of a bottom of a bench seat all i have is 2 brackets what else do in need to make it work thanks for your time

hey thanks looks like just a piece of wire and a goofy clip ? could i make one?
I’m thinking the ‘wire’ is actually spring steel so it has the ability to return to shape after a butt has moved them down.

He's referring to the threaded rod and turnbuckle that connects the two sliders so they both move when you move the adjuster handle.

The rod is threaded and has a seat adjuster turnbuckle. Universal parts on darn near any adjustable seat in a 50s, 60s, 70, or 80s car. Likely readily available at any decent upholstery shop that restores old seats.

I guess I’m blind in one eye and can’t see out of the other one. Sorry about jumping to conclusions. Really need to pay more attention.
