My personal favorite is the BC tank, can get it with the intank or get it later. Much sturdier mounting system than the rest IMHO.

I bought a steel tank from Bob, because it was much cheaper than the rest. Had to send one back but he treated me right through the whole process and never questioned anything. He took full responsibility for return shipping everything.

I know a guy running one, Mike Johnson, that think is sweeet, if you've got the money do it!
I have the old school NWMP 23 gallon tank, works great for my needs.

If you're going to order through Bob's, spend the extra for the stainless. Its definitly worth it and adds a little bling to your Bronco. Mike Johnson also has the stainless steel skid plate for the rear as well as a stainless aux tank IIRC.

I went with the BC due to the flexability of the rail system. Body lift or not, or later. 24 Gal. Mounted it by myself with a floor jack.

Hmmm, I didn't know about Bob's tanks, the SS version looks nice. The only thing I see that it has over the BC tank is the SS but it still mounts with one strap and you could not use it in a body lift application unless they would make you a body lift tank special? I think I paid 500.00 for my BC tanks with the EFI pump which I thought was a steal. The only problem I have had with the BC tank is that I need to play with the sender to get the level right but that really not unusual for any aftermarket tank I have run.

I just got done installing my BC Bronco's 24 gal tank, and really like it. I have a 3" body lift, so having the adjustable hight was really nice. I did have to modify the tabs on the skid plate to work with having the tank 3" higher, but it wasn't too major. The tank itself was easy to mount by myself. So far I'm very happy with it.

"will adjust up or down as needed for body lifted vehicles"

Actually Bob's is supposed to be adjustable for whatever body lift.

Hey Delta - How much was the tank from Aero?

I just got done installing a new tank from Bobs Bronco parts and it is adjustable for different body lifts. The picture on his web site shows a strap holding the tank but that is wrong. It mounts like the BC tank and can slid up and down according to your body lift.

It is a nice tank with all kinds of baffling inside. He is open to making changes for your application. I had him weld AN fittings in my tank.

I forgot to add that Bobs tank is only 21 gallons but it doesn't appear to hang down as low as the BC tank.

No problem I had the exact same question when I looked at his tanks. I should have mentioned to him that his pictures show a strap mounting system.

BC tank mounts are super solid. Way better than a strap. I just got done putting one underneath my stead.

I have the Areo tank. Bolts to the frame and rear crosss member. It has rolled edges instead of but welded corners. It also has an integrated welded in skid plate. 23 gallon.

How is the aero tank holding up for you? How was the price on it? In the market and going to replace my stock tank in the next week.

BC Broncos 24Gal Tank is the way to go. Ingenious mounting of tank
fits different body lifts. Avaliable and adaptable with or without fuelpump.
Excellent Quality and workmanship. Skid plate avaliable at affordable
price. I have one mounted on a 76 Bronco and love it.
