Best Carb for stock 302?

I just purchased and have started working on a 73 Bronco with a 302, C4 auto. My plan is to do a few easy modifications to the engine. I am putting on a set of headers, Edelbrock performer intake, MSD ignition, and a Edelbrock carb. I am undecided between the 500cfm and the 600cfm. If I were to later on put in a small cam and add 351 windsor heads, wouldn't I be better off to go ahead and get the 600?

Does anybody here know the size of PR78-15 Buckshot Mudders? Are they 33's?

I have been reading here on this site quite a bit and have picked up on a lot of helpful information.

If you're ever going to go off road, don't bother with the Eddy unless you are prepared to make some modifications to it. Pony up the couple of extra bucks and get the BC Quadrajet, it doesn't flood out as badly on angles.
