Since I am in the process of finishing an EFI install, I thought I would take this opportunity to replace my fuel lines from tank (BC, 24gal) to injectors.
Anyone have any opinion as to the best material and routing?
I was thinking steel (or stainless) with appropriate fittings run along the inside of the drivers side frame rail?

never done this on a bronco, but did it on a p/u once that needed a 1/2 inch fuel line. It was carbuerated though. we ran an aluminum fuel line from end to end, and at the ends we installed 1,2 inch fittings, double flared, and installed brass barb fittings. We the connected fuel tank with reinforced rubber hose at either end. We were forced to do this due to nhra rules stating that there could be no more than 6 ft. of rubber line in the fuel system. point is, we were just doing what thousands of others had done, and it seemed to work fine. good luck!
