Im leaping into the abyss of door post and rocker panel and floor replacement.
and removing the hurculiner I slathered in 20 years ago is the first step,
the best method Ive found so far is using a twisted wire wheel in a grinder, but that just mostly melts it off, makes a hell of a mess and smell.
