i have to put in for tom's and bc. they're the 2 main vendors i deal with.

you're going to have problems with anybody you deal with. nobody's perfect. some vendors just seem to work with you a little more. i just enjoy dealing with these 2 guys.

i've bought from duff's and tom's this week and both of them have gone out of their way to help me and make me happy.

Thanks for the help and replies. I said it befor and I'll say it again. This board beats the Jeep boards hands down. Glad I'm making the switch to EB's. Anyone near west Tn. is welcom to come help this newbie work on my truck. ;D Thanks again.

talk about a can of worm. try a few and see (see who you "connect" with). dennis carpenter is the best for factory replication. allthe others it depends on what you need and what u want to do with your rig.

the guys here on this board will "push" you to the right people...most of the time ;D .

Like others have, I've bought from most all of them but JBG is usually a little less expensive.

I've always had good luck and customer service from them UNTIL last week when I ordered a new Centech harness. It was supposed to be in by Friday last week and I called Tuesday and found out that it was backordered and would be several weeks. After telling them to cancel the order and I would get it somewhere else, I got a call back saying that it would be shipped that day. I don't understand how that works, but better than several weeks out.

Everyone is going to make a mistake though. For the most part, I've had good luck from everyone.

So far so good with BC and JBG. WH wouldn't use my shipping account so I went elsewhere. I don't mind the odd glitch here and there, what counts is how they deal with it.

Buy lots of stuff from JBG, but I will be buying more stuff from Wild Horses. I recently submitted an online order and received a phone call from Johnny at WH wanting to make sure I wanted to order parts for a 67, when the rest of my order was for a 77.

I will say this - most online orders will just get shipped. I appreciate that kind of service and I will be buying much more from them in the future. Just ordered two 3 1/2" suspension kits from him.

I've used them all the biggies (WH, BC, JEFFs, not Tom's yet) and like them all for different stuff. Mike at Complete Offroad is an old friend too and is as solid as them come. Bronco friends on here and elsewhere are very helpful too and can save $ a lot of the time on little stuff.

And here's a example of the great folks on here too---last week I send out some Ebay stuff and had some freebies going out to a few folks on here for shipping. Fed Ex screwed up my order with slapping on the wrong stickers, Sachem PM'd me when he got one of my Ebay parties stuff and Fed Ex'd it out to my Ebay party the next day. He even paid for the shipping (above and beyond!) Thanks Sachem! SUPER BRONCO KARMA BONUS POINTS!

In all the years I have dealt with all the major players and most of the minors and I find its not them that have an issue. Yes there have been problems and all problems have been resolved but the issue is you have to be a good shopper. ask the right questions like is it in stock and when is it going to ship and do you want them to hold the order until complete. You cant do this online so if you order online then be prepaired for it to come on whenever. If you need it now call them and say so. Sorry to say shipping is a big issue and its going to get far worse before it gets better so plan your orders if you can and hold for complete shipments if you can. This is a small world and the vendors are all trying to do better. Welcome to the Bronco brotherhood. Now go burn your Jeep hats.

Right on, Rusty. I get real tired of all the flaming of vendors. C'mon, we're dealing with almost 40+ year old trucks. If you have to sometimes wait for something a little longer than on your new car or something doesn't fit just right, what do people expect? Deal. Our trucks are unique and that's why you can have mine when you pry my dead fingers from the steering wheel.

I like them ALL! ;D I have purchased parts from all of them over the years and have found that they all have good products. Some of the items that they produce themselves will be a little different style form each other so it really depends on what particular style or functionality you like.

With that being said, B.C.Broncos is MY favorite. Chuck and Jason are a pleasure to talk with, Very Bronco savvy guys that are very innovative and build and designs most of their own products.
Well, there you have my .02 worth….Enjoy! ;)

The Heep is sold, or I think it is, and I will pick up my EB as soon as its gone. I know it will need $1500 to $2000 in stuff to get it daily driver ready. Is there one best sponser above to deal with? I have lurked and looked for about 6 weeks and the prices seem to be about the same except for specials. Who do you like to deal with and who is the most helpfull and easy to deal with? I will need a wide variety of things, from gas tank to carpet. I have a good shop and lots of people who work for me who can do almost anything so there will be lots of quality help on my end. I just would like to find one or two good dealers and stick with them. I think they should also be a sponser of this board. Thanks
Steve

I have bought and am happy with stuff from almost all the major dealers.
JBG- resto body, brakes, steering, interior odds and ends
Wildhorses- Steering arms
BC- Rear disc brake lines, fuel supply, soon to have ZF stuff-Great Tech Support
Duff- 2" ultimate with the works
Centech- Wiring
Local auto parts stores- little stuff

Most all of these business's have a real person behind the phone when you call or can write more than two word emails if you need help. Which makes these guys worth purchasing from.

I have dealt with most of them and had good sevice with BCB,Duffsand Toms. I now Live an hour&A half from Jeffs. I get great service with them . Jeef shipped me 8 shocks, by mistake all for the front. Jeff himself drove an hour to the border so there were no problems with U.S. customs when making the swap. THATS GOOD SERVICE

Jeffs and BC

I have ordered from both and have received A+ service from each. I spoke with someone at both companies and the knowledge and help was superb.

i have delt with a number of them as both a supplier and a customer. it's been all good with me both ways.
being on the east coast shipping is much less going with JBG than to have it come out from the west.

i can recall the days when it was just KbarS, Duffy's & JBG was just starting up. we really have it good now people. the days of the small off road shop are pretty much done & these big mega store (4wpw) don't have much for our 30+ yr old trucks and really don't care about them as our bronco specific vendors do. appreciate them and support them. we all have our good and bad days. as hard as they try, they can't control everything and everyone.

WH, JD and BC Broncos... BC don't have as much items as the others but is a place that you always can call for advise and Chuck is always there for you and is also a great contributor to this site.
