Hi,

I am looking for someone that has used a white Parchment paint for their interior. I mainly need it for the plastic/metal parts of my new head rests and to redo my wiper motor cover... Krylon has a good plastic paint, but it is too white.

Thanks, Pete

Wiper motor cover and the factory plastic seat backs are Parchment, not Wimbledon White. I "THINK" the steel door panels and dash are also Parchment but working off memory. I have used Colorbond with success--purchased through LMC truck but pretty sure Summit carries it too.

The factory hardtop is Wimbledon White.

I used Krylon Appliance Epoxy spray paint. I think it was K3202 Almond but can't swear by that. I painted the wiper motor cover, visors, and roll cage with it. Color match was very close.
Tip- don't spray around anything you don't want paint on. The overspray from this stuff is potent. It will stick to anything!

SEM brand Phantom White is a perfect match. It is a vinyl dye in a spray can. You can buy it at most Automotive paint supply shops.

Great, will this work on PVC? I have to paint the wiper cover and the plastic slide piece for the headrest..

The good news is I recovered the Cougar headrests without banging them up!
