Anyone know the best option for a full cage bikini top? Just don't want the vinyl one. Thanks!

Just a bit of caution... Vinyl isnt my first choice either but there is a reason why most all are made of it..... All bikini tops will flap in the wind, any "woven" materials will wear much faster at the friction and contact points. Also, if it is left out in the rain, water will "bucket" and stretch the top. All in all, vinyl will last much longer and is cheaper than a good top made of sunbrella (or its equivalent).
Other than that, they are simple to make and canvas-type materials opens up all kinds of possibilities of color.
Good luck!

I got a hard bikini top from Bronco Design and modified it to fit the roll bar. I marked the profile of the roll bar and cut it out. Then I fiber glassed the cut end drip rails so they returned back to the roof. I also made a fiber glass stop light for it with 5 small LED lights.

All the ones I am aware of are vinyl. I would say have one made would be your only bet.

A place that makes boat covers or if you have Amish around you, a buggy shop.

yes on both... Maybe just see what our vendors options are and go w/what works best for ya

def would have to be a local shop for you to get something custom "not vinyl"

Man, I heavily disagree with your comment on fabrics for tops.
Although I don't see any issues with vinyl other than it shrinks when it gets cold. I will say that my old safari top made out of sunbrella II was awesome. I think I had it for 10-12 year and it never wore or stretched at all.
Frankly I am looking to possibly make a new soft top with sunbrella II.

I do agree on how many colors you can get in vinyl as opposed to fabric.
