I drove 12 hrs ,and I left it there. I was shocked to see the bronco was a real mess. It looked like a six year old painted it with spay cans, runs and very uneaven. There wasn't a good body panel on the whole truck. looks like the same six year old finger painted the bondo all over, and didnt sand out. The truck was rusted to the rotten point. This trucks drivers rear quarter was smashed up and bondoed beyond repair. A fair price for this rig would be 500 to 1500. Its back on ebay right now! I Took cash, and they didnt get any. This bronco looks good in thier photos. I wish I could warn the people bidding on it right now.

Man, that sucks. I thought it was bad when I drove 3 hours to look at a rust bucket. He wanted $2500 and I wouldn't have given $1000. Hazard of internet car shopping I suppose.

That's what I was just thinking. I want to be able to drive it and crawl all over it like rust on an IL bronco.

I once drove from SC to OK to pickup a bronco for 10,500. He had sent me original pics when it was first rebuilt and not after he had beat against every tree and dirt road around OK. Then he tried to pretend that he didn't understand why I thought the truck was a rag.

Some 7 years ago I bought one over the phone with pictures from Idaho. My wife and I flew up there, it was sitting in the drive when we got there with the sunshine glistening off of the paint, laid out the $9,000 and drove it back to San Jose Ca.

On the other hand my wife and I had an 8 hour trip one way to Cresent City CA for an older resto, when we got there the RUST was older all right. Asking $3000. I was afraid to offer $500.

Some you win and some you loose.
