Brake fluid is coming out of front brake bleeder nipple when brake is pushed. It is disc front and everything new. Tried another and same thing. What does this mean. Everything tight
As stated above, it could mean that the sealing surface inside the caliper is messed up in some way. As everything is new, I would exchange the caliper with whoever supplied it since that's a (re)manufacturing issue.
The bleeder doesn't seal at the threads, but rather the conical sealing surface at the end of the bleeder. There's a matching conical seat in the caliper that it mates with to form a seal. While sealing the threads can keep brake fluid (or air) from seeping around the bleeder when bleeding, it won't do anything to keep fluid from coming out the bleeder if it isn't sealing like it should since they're cross-drilled below the threads.
Remove the bleeder from the caliper and inspect the sealing surface. There should be a continuous circular line of contact readily visible where the bleeder makes contact with the caliper. If there are any imperfections or discontinuities, then those would need to be addressed in order to get it to seal properly.
