Anyone know of a brass radiator for explorer serpentine / reverse outlet set up?
I'd rather not go aluminum.

BC Broncos used to sell them but they no longer show them on their website, so at least we know they have been made by someone in the past.
I am not sure who their supplier was but US Radiator is at the top of my list of who I think made them or could make them.

I had been looking for a Reverse Rotation, Brass Radiator for a serpentine system as well. I found one at Toms, but it is Aluminum. However, it is stock size (Core thickness) and just about any Water Pump and Mechanical Fan will fit behind it. Very nice quality and works great, even here in Hot, Humid Florida.

Contact 'The Radiator Works' in Northridge, CA. I had a radiator repaired there once and I got the sense that they built the BC Bronco radiators, or at least knew who did. This was when BC was in SoCal.

This is very possible. I'm quite sure the supplier is in the Los Angeles area based on what I remember hearing. BC Broncos had an issue with sourcing the core and was trying to work out a new source that would make the same quality component at the low volumes. This was about 10 years ago.
