Bronco Corral - Miami Ford Championship Weekend

Bronco will be in primer/scuff paint/paint as I ran out of time...but can't miss the opportunity!

I am going to wuss-out, drive down to Miami Saturday night and overnight there. Airport hotels have good weekend rates. Just have to make sure they can handle a 24ft trailer somewhere. Only 30 miles to drive in the morning!

Sounds more like good planning on your part. If I didn’t have to work Sat night I’d have considered doing the same. Glad you’re feeling better and able to make the event. Looking forward to connecting a few more folks and forum names.

You and anyone in FL should have att just for the track time !!! never mind all the perks !!! Ford went all out for us ... top notch / first class !!

THEY ACTULLY LET US GO / LOSE ..... at one point I was going way over 80 ... so hairy in a bronco but a blast .... sorry only a few photos of the warm-up lap .... bc I opted to take a video of my flying lap !! ..pictures don't do this kinda fun justice !!!

can anyone organize a all bronco oval track / track fun / race gathering !!!

I know I would pay to haul axx for 20 -30 laps !!! lol

I know, always wanted to take a lap on a NASCAR track - never thought it would be while driving a Bronco.....bonus!

I was lucky enough back in the 80's to drive a parade lap car around Atlanta Motor Speedway before the 500 race. It was all fords and I was driving a SHO Taurus. It would have been better in a EB, but the taurus was able to get enough speed to stick in the high corners. I still have the framed release statement I had to sign before I could go on the track. I would like to have been there for this event....but I'm too old now to attempt a high bank in a bronco!;D Keep some pictures coming

wish you would have told me you filming it all .... I would have staid in front of you and not check out at min 3:40 ..... heck right after ... looks like by the time you made it out of turn 2 I was entering turn 3 hauling !! ;D
