Got home yesterday afternoon. We were delayed by a trailer wheel bearing issue that took most of a day to find the right parts and get fixed. Also we got ran off the road by a wide load guide car. Ended up in a muddy ditch stopped about 50 ft from a culvert! Luckily we were towing Broncos and were able to pull ourselves out.

That said, we had a blast the whole weekend. A group of us drove the 300 mile round trip to Key West to the southern most point of the US. Getting to do the parade laps was a real honor - and tons of fun! And the Bronco Club of America and Ford treated us all like VIPs. Very cool weekend - concluded by a single moment of shear terror!!!

Thanks for posting that up Remos! Tried to copy/save it but I’m not on Twitter. Your rig is really coming along nice - and pretty cool setting for your first shake down run. Scoop you had quite the adventure, and glad your OK after the mishap.

Think they’d let us back in if we showed up tomorrow, lol? Dang that was fun......;D

This is the only thing that makes this race interesting. The tires wear very quickly which makes pit strategy important. And this is exactly what gave Kyle Busch the championship this year. The two guys who still had a chance to win it waited WAY too late to have a shot. I'm so glad Nascar will be changing the schedule up from now on.
