Front track bar bracket made of 1/4 plate. It had to be moved to clear the giant spyder9 diff.

Here's the track bar axle bracket, made of 1/4" plate. The bracket will also incorporate a bump stop mount on top.

These are Spydertrax new 35 spline F-450 unit bearings. I've already fabbed the front caliper brackets but I'm waiting on the 14" rotors to come in, then I'll take pics of that stuff and share.

Here's the custom radiator we had made. It's about 2" taller and 1" wider. There's about 20% more surface area than a stock radiator. It's also a triple bypass and has an integrated trans cooler. We plan on marketing this new radiator to consumers shortly.

Friz36%20%28800x600%29_7253517.jpg

Mounting the larger radiator requires either a body lift or custom lower radiator mounts or a combo of the two. This truck already has a bit of a body lift so I just had to make some brackets to strengthen the lower mounts

Here's a sneak peak of the interior colors. We are using ranger houndstooth with a tan leather. The front seats are heated mustang buckets with custom functional sliding brackets. The rear seat is a Beard suspension seat covered to match the front seats.

Man that cage is super nice. Lot of really hard bends there, especially those front legs.. Looks sweet...

I'm curious why you built the cage in that fashion. If it's for looks only I get it, for strength.....???

I'm not bashing, I like the look if it's for a "Style bar" type thing but whoever off roads it should know it's limitations.

This is the new Extreme cage by Proto Fab. These cages are very well designed and the welds are top notch. I don't think any of the extra bends decrease the strength of the cage in any way. We have several in stock.
