I don't know about OmazAuto, but I had mine shipped last year from northern Oregon (Portland) to a southern Oregon border town (Gold Beach). They are called Stars & Stripes and don't do the physical shipping, rather they are a shipping broker that finds an available trucker that is willing to go from your "point A" to "point B". I specified an enclosed trailer and they found exactly what I was requesting. The driver had a top-notch rig that held three vehicles and delivered as scheduled. Cost...$950.

Check with a couple shippers before making a decision. In my experience they're all priced a little different and a couple phone calls can save you a decent amount of money. I used https://www.a1autotransport.com/ last year and was happy with them, but I'd still advise against just contacting one for the reasons I mentioned. Consider whether you want enclosed shipping too since it runs a little more than the standard method.

I used the same company to transport my 1970 Project from back east to Nevada last year. I contacted a bunch of different companies and A1 Auto Transport was the most responsive and worked with me to get an enclosed transport trailer. They had a contractor pick it up within 5 business days and 4 Days later the Bronco was in my shop. They were not the "Cheapest" but they were priced reasonably close some of the cheaper options that gave me a bad gut feeling haha

I'd almost bet they got it handled but would be curious to see who they used.

Good to have options

A key detail for me is, are you booking a broker that is then subcontracting the haul to who knows who? Or is the company your hiring, the owner of the truck, and the driver is an employee?

A car I sold, the buyer booked with Montway, was not a great process (guy booked enclosed, open trailer showed up). They are 100% a broker.

Have always had great experiences with Reliable (over 15 hauls), and also recently with Shaughnessy (3 hauls in last 12 months)
