I didnt want to get this far but im starting to get nervous. I ordered some headers from Janes Classic Garage out of Colorado. Ordered in mid March, was told 2 weeks or so then shortly after ordering, 3-4 weeks out. Ok no big deal, I waited 7 months for my Atlas. Its been 11 weeks now!

Has anybody had issues with Andy in the past? Is he active on here? He has been ignoring my voicemails and Direct messages.

Let me know if you have had a good or bad experience with this shop. I am getting frustrated and might look into submitting a refund through PayPal if I have to.

Any follow-up from Janes?
-I spoke with Sanderson directly and then to Janes.
-I ordered directly from Sanderson after comparing the two conversations.

still trying to recover funds. Andy from Janes has been a flake to me and Sanderson. Sanderson has been responsive.

To all others, take your business elsewhere to avoid these headaches. Skip directly to manufacture.

I agree Bruiser.
Sanderson was very upfront with me.
Unfortunate for janes that something obviously went wrong somewhere

Update:

I finally got the headers and they look amazing. Worth the wait (even though i shouldn't have had to)

I would recommend ordering directly thru Sanderson or their close connected support company century performance. I did end up saving about $40 versus buying direct (which doesn't make sense to me) but the hassles and risk were not worth it.

Thanks for your help Don!

Most legitimate manufactures give their distributors a good enough discount for them to resell to the public at or below a retail price.
Any manufacturer that sells cheaper, or even worse, undersells their own distributors is ultimately just shooting themselves in the foot.
They’re basically competing against their own customers. Which in the end usually loses them the customer because they decide to go elsewhere for not being able to make a profit and stay in business.
Meaning the manufacturer has to handle 100% of the retail sales of their products. Instead of spreading them around through dozens or even hundreds of distributors.

If it was cheaper to buy directly from Sanderson they would have to hire a whole sales staff to deal with all the customers that would normally buy through all the other distributors.
Which is too much work.
